FAQ's

Processing Times

  • Orders will be processed within 2-3 Business Days 
  • Keep in mind our products are perishable. Therefore, ALL SeaMoss & Co. products are "MADE TO ORDER."

Shipping Times

  • Once processed orders will be shipped via UPS (order tracking information will be sent via the email used during checkout) 
  • Since our products are perishable we ship orders Monday - Wednesday to prevent spoilage (excluding holidays)
  • Orders should be delivered after 5-7 business days 
  • If an order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday the order will be processed & shipped the next business shipping day
  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error there will be a reshipping fee 

    Missing or Stolen Packages

    SeaMoss & Co. is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If your an order is showing that it has been delivered but the customer did not receive the package please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

    Refunds, Returns & Replacements

    • Due to the delicacy of the product ALL SALES are FINAL and we do not accept returns
    • NOTE: We only process returns if an error was made by SeaMoss & Co.
    • If a product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement
    • Please send all inquires as well as photos of damaged product to info@seamoss-co.com

        As a small business we exist to ensure that orders are always processed in a timely manner.
